BIAXIAL FABRIC (+45°/-45°)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a stitch-bonded composite reinforcement made from continuous roving fibers oriented in the +45° and -45° directions, which are integrated into a single fabric. This biaxial fabric structure ensures that the material delivers excellent strength, flexibility, and impact resistance, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications where durability and performance are critical.
The fabric's unique orientation of continuous fibers in both the +45° and -45° directions provides a balanced load distribution, which enhances its mechanical properties, particularly in applications that experience multi-directional stresses. This design ensures that the fabric is not only strong but also capable of maintaining its integrity under various forms of mechanical load, such as bending, torsion, and tension.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. No any Binder, good compatible with Multi-Resin;
2. Optimal mechanical performance;
3. Easy workability and low cost.
