PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Combo Mat Knitting Fabric is a versatile and high-performance composite material composed of woven roving and chopped glass fibers. It is designed for use with various resin systems, including polyester, vinylester, phenolic, and epoxy resins, making it suitable for a range of manufacturing processes such as hand lay-up and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM).

This fabric is particularly popular in the boat industry and is widely used for applications like FRP boat hulls, automotive housings, laminated panels, and large FRP poles. The material is made by bonding woven roving with chopped strand mat using polyester stitching, providing a combination of strength, durability, and flexibility.

Its ability to resist corrosion and impact makes it ideal for use in structural applications, including boat hulls, automotive doors and housings, cooling systems, and other reinforced shapes.

Who you are?

A: We are a manufacturing enterprise based in Qingdao specializing in composite material fabric products. Initially, we used machinery to process fiberglass into products supplied to clients worldwide. Now we offer clients a more comprehensive range of fiberglass and carbon fiber products.

Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A: Yes, in addition to providing standard composite material products, we also accept customized parameter order and packaging/visual design to meet clients' complete procurement needs.

Do you provide samples?

A: If you require samples from our stock, we can provide them free of charge, while the freight cost will be your responsibility. For custom sizes, a sample production fee will apply; however, this fee is refundable upon placing an order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Usually 1000KGS.

How long does it take to deliver?

A: Shipping 15-20 days after receipt of deposit.

What is your term of payment?

A: For LCL, 100% in advance;

For FCL or payment >=USD10000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipping.

How can we guarantee quality?

A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
