Carbon fiber prepreg is a composite material consisting of carbon fiber yarn and epoxy resin, processed using high pressure and temperature technology. It is made by combining carbon fiber, epoxy resin, release paper, and other materials through processes such as coating, hot pressing, cooling, laminating, and winding. This composite offers high strength and low density, making it a crucial material in the aerospace industry. In recent years, the use of carbon fiber composites in space vehicles, including satellites and spacecraft, has been steadily increasing, meeting a wide range of functional requirements for these advanced technologies.

Who you are?

A: We are a manufacturing enterprise based in Qingdao specializing in composite material fabric products. Initially, we used machinery to process fiberglass into products supplied to clients worldwide. After eight years of dedicated effort, we have continuously improved our supply chain system and accumulated expertise in the composite materials industry. Now we offer clients a more comprehensive range of fiberglass and carbon fiber products.

Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A: Yes, in addition to providing standard composite material products, we also accept customized parameter order and packaging/visual design to meet clients' complete procurement needs.

Do you provide samples?

A: If you require samples from our stock, we can provide them free of charge, while the freight cost will be your responsibility. For custom sizes, a sample production fee will apply; however, this fee is refundable upon placing an order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Usually 1000KGS.

How long does it take to deliver?

A: Shipping 15-20 days after receipt of deposit.

What is your term of payment?

A: For LCL, 100% in advance;

For FCL or payment >=USD10000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipping.

How can we guarantee quality?

A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
