Continuous Filament Mat is made up of continuous fiberglass strand (Its main raw material is continuous fiberglass strand), containing an insoluble for unsaturated polyester, epoxy, phenolics, and polyurethane resin compatibility in unfilled or resin system.

1. Application in automotive inner decorative parts and cable insulation materials;

2. Used in unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin system;

3. Suit for RTM, infusion, pultrusion process, etc;

4. Binderless, Rapid wet-through;

5. Good mold ability, drapability, Wet-out quickly than other fabrics;

6. High Breaking Strength by dry and wet conditions;

7. Easily conforms to complex shapes, while providing a smooth finished surface.

Who you are?

A: We are a manufacturing enterprise based in Qingdao specializing in composite material fabric products. Initially, we used machinery to process fiberglass into products supplied to clients worldwide. Now we offer clients a more comprehensive range of fiberglass and carbon fiber products.

Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A: Yes, in addition to providing standard composite material products, we also accept customized parameter order and packaging/visual design to meet clients' complete procurement needs.

Do you provide samples?

A: If you require samples from our stock, we can provide them free of charge, while the freight cost will be your responsibility. For custom sizes, a sample production fee will apply; however, this fee is refundable upon placing an order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Usually 1000KGS.

How long does it take to deliver?

A: Shipping 15-20 days after receipt of deposit.

What is your term of payment?

A: For LCL, 100% in advance;

For FCL or payment >=USD10000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipping.

How can we guarantee quality?

A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
