PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Unidirectional Fabrics are advanced stitch-bonded composite reinforcements made from continuous roving fibers oriented in a single direction, either 0° or 90°. This design provides superior strength and stiffness along the fiber direction, making it ideal for applications where high mechanical performance is required along a specific axis.

The unidirectional fabric structure ensures that the material can effectively handle high loads in the fiber orientation, offering excellent tensile strength and durability. This makes it perfect for reinforcing parts that undergo significant stress in one direction, such as beams, panels, and structural elements in aerospace, automotive, marine, and industrial applications.

Who you are?

A: We are a manufacturing enterprise based in Qingdao specializing in composite material fabric products. Initially, we used machinery to process fiberglass into products supplied to clients worldwide. After eight years of dedicated effort, we have continuously improved our supply chain system and accumulated expertise in the composite materials industry. Now we offer clients a more comprehensive range of fiberglass and carbon fiber products.

Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A: Yes, in addition to providing standard composite material products, we also accept customized parameter order and packaging/visual design to meet clients' complete procurement needs.

Do you provide samples?

A: If you require samples from our stock, we can provide them free of charge, while the freight cost will be your responsibility. For custom sizes, a sample production fee will apply; however, this fee is refundable upon placing an order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Usually 1000KGS.

How long does it take to deliver?

A: Shipping 15-20 days after receipt of deposit.

What is your term of payment?

A: For LCL, 100% in advance;

For FCL or payment >=USD10000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipping.

How can we guarantee quality?

A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
